Jean B. Please let me know what happens. I also am working with Klosk Law Firm. I have also stop making payments. They haven't done anything for us yet, but have been taking money out of our account for 3 months now. Please help.

This company has a C+ and a few complaints on file with allegations similiar to yours. I would urge you to file a complaint with the BBB and also with the FTC if they are not providing the service since effective October 11,2009 it is illegal to request advance fees for a loan modification.
